Martha Blenkush
Chief of Staff
Martha joined Ventura as Chief of Staff in 2025. She is responsible for leading the administrative and operational side of the house: technology and information management, human resources, finance, company policies and procedures, communication and education.
Martha has been a project manager and coach her entire life, going back to when she worked with Neil many years ago. She spent the last 14 years in the financial services space, coaching advisors and helping them use systems and processes to build better businesses in both small consulting firms and a large institution.
Martha earned her BA in Accounting from Bethel University and has taken coaches training.
Martha lives with her husband in the Minneapolis area where she finds balance through yoga, strength training, reading for pleasure, knitting, and walking in the woods near her home.
